“AI with Breakfast” is a trademark of Yalpop Limited. References to “AI with Breakfast”, “we”, “us” or “our” in these Terms mean Yalpop Limited.

2. Accepting these Terms

By using this website you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published on this page is the current one.

3. The website, articles and membership

The website shares articles, experiments and tools about working and building with AI. Articles are written on our Substack and shown here as well.

Pre-registering for membership puts you on our waiting list. It does not charge you anything or create a paid subscription. Paid membership, including its price, what it includes, renewal and refunds, is provided under separate membership terms that we will show you before you pay.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website or its content at any time without notice.

4. Experiments and tools

Many of the tools and apps linked from this website are experiments built quickly to show what AI makes possible. They are provided free and as they are. They may change, stop working or be removed at any time, and you use them at your own risk.

5. AI and our content

Our articles, lessons and tools are for general education. They are not legal, financial, medical, security or other professional advice. AI tools can produce wrong or incomplete answers, so check anything important before you rely on it, and follow your own organisation’s policies when you use AI at work.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the website in a way that breaks any applicable law or regulation;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any related systems;
• interfere with the normal operation of the website, including by introducing malware or excessive automated traffic;
• scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of the content without our written permission;
• use the website to send unsolicited messages, fraudulent material, or content that is unlawful, harmful or infringes the rights of others.

All content on this website, including text, illustrations, design, the mascot and the name “AI with Breakfast”, is owned by Yalpop Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You may view, share and link to pages on this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use needs our written permission.

8. Messages and sign-ups

If you contact us or pre-register through the website, you confirm that the information you give is accurate and that we may use it to respond to you, to tell you about membership, and for our internal records. Please do not send us confidential information unless we have asked for it.

9. Third-party links

The website links to other sites, including Substack and the apps we build. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

We take reasonable care to keep the information accurate and the site available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete, current or fit for any particular purpose.

13. Governing law

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising from them, are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi as they apply to companies registered in the Masdar City Free Zone. The courts of Abu Dhabi have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, except where mandatory local consumer law says otherwise.
