1. Who we are

AI with Breakfast is operated by Yalpop Limited, licensed in the Masdar City Free Zone, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates under trade licence number MC 14632. Yalpop Limited is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Our registered address is:

2. What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us, plus the basic technical data needed to run the website.

• Membership pre-registration. Your email address, the date you signed up and the offer you signed up for.
• Messages. If you use the “Message me” form, your name, email address and message.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard request information, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver the website and protect it from abuse.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not track you across other sites.

3. How we use it

• to tell you when membership opens and to honour your pre-registration offer;
• to reply to your messages;
• to run, secure and improve the website;
• to meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for anything other than the reasons above.

4. Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Cloudflare, which hosts the website and may store pre-registrations;
• Resend, which delivers our emails.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, that subscription is handled by Substack under its own privacy policy. These providers may process data outside the United Arab Emirates. Where they do, we rely on their contractual and security commitments to protect it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep pre-registrations until membership opens and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to remove you. We keep messages for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and for our records.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also ask us to stop emailing you at any time. To do any of these, email ask@yalpop.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable data protection law.

7. Children

This website is not aimed at children under 16. If you are under 16, please ask a parent or guardian before you send us any personal data.
